    Vitamin C - 2000 mg daily to acidify urine Biofilm Defense - to break down bacterial film and prevent reoccurance D-Mannose- 1-2 grams 4 times per day during the infection and continue for a week after symptoms have gone away. Potassium Iodide - 15 drops in a glass of water every 3-4 hours for 2 days. No need to wake yourself up in the middle of the night to take. (Do not continue Potassium Iodide long term) Then after the infection appears to be gone, continue with 2 grams of D-Mannose and 1000 mg Vitamin C once daily for 3 months. Continue Mega Mycobalance until 2 bottles are complete.
