    This protocol is designed for clients on my WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. Some clients have symptoms such as burps and bloating on this medical regimen. Digestive enzymes can help your body digest your food more efficiently, improving those symptoms listed. Constipation is a common side effect of GLP-1 medication. Magnesium can help with bowel regularity and improves rest/sleep. Electrolyte powders help improve hydration by replacing the essential electrolytes necessary for true hydration. If you'd prefer a non-flavored option, please message me and I can add that to your protocol. Collagen supports weight loss primarily by preserving lean muscle mass, which keeps metabolism high, and by promoting satiety to reduce calorie intake. It aids in maintaining body structure during fat loss, helps tighten skin, and supports joint health for increased physical activity. Creatine helps combat the rapid loss of lean muscle mass by supporting muscle preservation, improving energy, and aiding metabolism. Creatine helps ensure that weight reduction is primarily fat, rather than functional muscle tissue. Probiotics help manage common GLP-1 medication side effects such as bloating, diarrhea, and nutrient malabsorption. When on GLP-1 medications, rapid weight loss can lead to loss of muscle mass. The protein in bone broth helps preserve lean muscle, preventing sarcopenia.

    This protocol includes my favorite basic health supplements.     The multivitamin (PrimalMulti) has D3 and K2 in it already. You do not need to order both the multivitamin plus the D3/K2, but I wanted to included both options so you can select the combination that works best for you! Bone broth protein powder is a very clean source of protein for shakes or to mix into coffee (my favorite in place of creamer!) This can help you maintain your muscles with a clean source of essential amino acids. Feel free to pick and choose the supplements that your body needs most!
