Hi, These are my go-to products for general wellness and the products I often suggest for my family and friends. You can see a short description of each product, why I recommend it, and how to use it. Each person is different and your need and tolerance to products is unique to you. These products do not treat any medical conditions. If you have digestive issues or you know you have a specific diagnosis (like SIBO, H Pylori, candida, etc), you will need specific products in specific doses. Antimicrobial herbal products and products that eradicate certain microbes can cause harm and must be used with the guidance of a medical provider.
