Ms. Bertha Osorio-Campbell, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Optimal Weight Loss Institute and Optimal Psychiatry. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she provides integrative, trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, and adults, combining evidence-based medicine with functional and holistic approaches. Her work focuses on addressing the root causes of mental and physical health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, binge eating, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction.
