Yoana Gonzalez's Dispensary

Yoana Gonzalez-Nodarse MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Hi there! I’m a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone optimization, functional medicine, and whole-person wellness for both men and women. My passion is helping you feel like yourself again—more energized, focused, balanced, and confident in your body. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach that looks beyond symptoms to uncover why you’re not feeling your best. Using an Integrative Nurse Coaching framework, we work together as partners in your care, combining advanced testing with compassionate, personalized support. I use functional lab testing to look at hormones, inflammation, gut health, metabolism, and more. Together, we’ll review your results in plain language and build a customized plan that may include targeted supplements, nutrition, movement, stress management, and lifestyle shifts. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and truly cared for. Your voice matters in every decision we make. If you’re tired of feeling dismissed, rushed, or stuck with “normal” lab results when you don’t feel normal, I’d love to partner with you. If you’re ready to move beyond band-aid solutions and invest in long-term, vibrant health, I’d love to be part of that journey. Reach out to schedule a consultation and start moving toward balanced hormones, a healthier weight, or just a life that feels good from the inside out.
