"Take in divided doses, with meals. There is some trial and error with dosing to find what works best for you. Start with one capsule daily at bedtime and increase as you feel comfortable. While you can take your Magnesium multiple times daily, I personally take mine all at bedtime and benefit from the calming effects on my nervous system for my favorite drug-free sleep option. Magnesium is a mineral that is responsible for the correct metabolic function of over 350 enzymes in the body. You’ll find it in leafy green vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and even dark chocolate. Spinach, pumpkin seeds, and black beans are especially high in magnesium as well. Still, many of us fall short. So what can Magnesium do for you? It will help you unwind, help to reduce stress, improve sleep health, increase energy production, promote better bone health, relax aching and tense muscles, keep blood pressure in check, and ease constipation. Magnesium is the most important mineral and the most commonly deficient. The 'glycinate' form is the best absorbed with the least laxative effect. Be aware of prescription medications that might need to be separated from Magnesium. "

"For best results, take your Vitamin D along with a meal that has some fat. This high-potency formula also includes bioavailable forms of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) to complement vitamin D. Vitamin D, also known as the sunshine vitamin, offers several important benefits to our health. If your climate and lifestyle allow you to spend a lot of time in the sun, you may be getting enough Vitamin D but the likelihood, particularly in this part of the world, is that you are not getting enough. Vitamin D supports the regulation of hormones, maintains immune function, and supports calcium absorption for bone health. Food that is fortified with Vitamin D may include dairy, fish, eggs, or fortified grains and cereals. Oftentimes, however, they are fortified with Vitamin D2. Vitamin D3 is more effective at raising the blood levels of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is fat soluble, so it is wise to know your level. I recommend you ask your MD for your level at your annual physical. "Fish oil supplements are rich in the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, that are vital to good health. They support your body’s ability to prevent chronic diseases and help protect it against inflammation. They also promote a stronger immune system; they support cardiovascular, joint, and vision health; they strengthen skin, hair, and nails; they enhance nutrient absorption and metabolic function; and, they help with attention, mood, and memory skills. Key during menopause, omega-3s have an effective and potent natural anti-inflammatory effect while also having the potential to decrease the risk of depression, osteoporosis, heart disease, hot flashes, and other menopause-related symptoms. In short, fish oil is seriously good stuff. Since you can't make your own omega-3 fatty acids, you've got to get them from outside sources. Because many fatty fish are contaminated with mercury and other nasty stuff, fish oil supplements are your best bet. It is important to opt for high-quality fish oil to ensure purity and the absence of toxic metals, pesticides, and other contaminants. "

"Take with food to assist with absorption and prevent any queasiness that may occur on an empty stomach. The truth is that the best way to get all of your necessary vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants is through a well-balanced colorful diet. Think of a multivitamin as a nutritional insurance policy to help protect your body against the vitamin and mineral shortfalls that can occur even in diets that are rich in healthy foods. By gifting your body with a multi, you’ll also be optimizing cellular function, which helps make all your systems work consistently at their peak, instead of sputtering through the day. "
