DOSAGES

When trying a product for the first time, it is advisable to start with the lowest dosage for a few days to assess your response.
If you feel any negative symptoms with a product, or in general, and you are not sure what product might be causing it, discontinue all of the supplements for a few days until the symptom resolves. You may reincorporate your supplements gradually and assess which one is causing you symptoms.
If you do not have a negative experience, you may slowly increase the dosage toward the highest recommended dosage.
