REHYDRATE

When you were born, about 75% of your body was comprised of water. As an adult, it is around 60%. In your elder years, it can drop to around 55%. Hydration is defined as getting enough hydrogen into your cells. Ideally 60% of your body’s water is inside your cells, and 40% is outside of your cells. As your body looses water it becomes dryer, more prone to inflammation and toxin accumulation, so part of the solution to pollution is dilution, but quality matters.

Low-quality water is unfiltered water that is full of pollutants (chemicals, metals) and void of minerals (energetically dead). It will rob your body of its' minerals in an effort to revitalize it.

Medium-quality water is water that has filtered out the pollutants (based on your home's water report), but may still not contain minerals.

High-quality water is natural spring water that does not contain pollutants and is rich in minerals (energetically alive). Your can increase your hydration by structuring your water (increasing your hydrogen content).

ALKALIZE

Unlike your stomach, which is ideally acidic, your blood and body tissues work optimally when your potential for hydrogen (pH) is around 7.35. Alkalizing not only increases your body's metabolic function, but also kills off harmful pathogens.

As toxins move through your detox pathways, your body will react to them in an effort to resolve them and protect you. This process creates unstable molecules (free radicals) that can damage your cells and tissues (oxidative stress) which requires sufficient antioxidants to stabilize them.

DOSAGES

When trying a product for the first time, it is advisable to start with the lowest dosage for a few days to assess your response.
