    Black Seed Oil ( Nigella sativa ) : Supplementation with black seed oil has a high potential to moderately improve overall allergy symptoms, including allergic rhinitis, eczema, and asthma. Its active constituent, thymoquinone, exerts strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help stabilize the immune response.  Quercetin & Stinging Nettle ( Urtica dioica ) : Quercetin acts as a natural mast cell stabilizer to inhibit histamine release, with clinical research demonstrating that a dose of 200 mg/day can improve seasonal allergy parameters. Stinging nettle offers complementary support by lowering inflammatory pathways associated with allergic rhinitis.  Guduchi ( Tinospora cordifolia ) : Clinical evidence indicates that oral Guduchi can significantly resolve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including nasal obstruction, mucus, pruritus, and sneezing.  MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) : MSM supplementation has been shown to reduce pollen-induced seasonal allergy symptoms, with noticeable improvements often occurring within one week of use.  Spirulina  This blue-green microalgae acts as a functional food with significant anti-allergic properties. Studies show that  2 g  of  Spirulina  daily for up to  6 months  is associated with significant improvements in nasal discharge, congestion, itching, and sneezing. Its mechanism is partially driven by suppressing the secretion of the pro-inflammatory cytokine  IL-4 , thereby regulating helper T-cell balance in hypersensitive individuals.

    The active ingredient behind "Neuro-Mag" is  Magnesium L-Threonate  (often marketed under the patented brand name  Magtein ). Research suggests that L-threonate, a metabolite of Vitamin C, functions as an exceptional mineral chelating agent that greatly enhances the bioavailability and uptake of minerals like magnesium, iron, and calcium. Because minerals bound to L-threonate demonstrate rapid intestinal absorption, they typically cause minimal gastrointestinal side effects.     Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA):  This versatile antioxidant has the strongest clinical evidence base. A meta-analysis of 6 clinical trials involving 1242 patients demonstrated a small but statistically significant improvement in diabetic polyneuropathy symptoms and nerve function with oral ALA supplementation.  Acetyl-L-Carnitine:  This amino acid derivative assists in cellular energy production. A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, controlled trial involving 232 patients found that Acetyl-L-Carnitine, when studied alongside methylcobalamin, resulted in small improvements in diabetic peripheral neuropathy symptoms.  Magnesium:  Adequate magnesium levels are critical for nerve conduction. Long-term magnesium supplementation has been noted to favorably influence the progression of neuropathy symptoms in magnesium-depleted type 1 diabetic patients.
