Rachel Borntrager

My name is Rachel Borntrager. I’m a wife and a mom of five,three biological and two from my heart through adoption. My passion for addressing obesity is deeply personal. I was an obese and dyslexic child who struggled with confidence and identity. Today, obesity has tripled in the last generation and while it may be common, it is not benign. It contributes to diabetes, heart disease, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and more. Much of it is preventable when we understand how the body is designed to function and I’m on a mission to help prevent it. After losing over 70 pounds myself, I became a National Board-Certified Holistic Health Coach and began helping busy moms achieve sustainable weight loss through blood sugar balance, gut restoration, and mindset renewal, transforming stress and getting more sleep. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I teach women how to fuel their bodies so they can restore energy and confidence for life, while transforming stress. A life-changing experience with my nephew’s severe food reaction led me to pursue training in Electrodermal Screening, allowing me to help clients uncover root causes rather than mask symptoms. Today, through Purposeful Health, I integrate blood sugar regulation with nutrition, gut health support, molecular activation technologies, nervous system regulation to help people reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and restore their body’s natural rhythm. When we know better, we can do better and healing begins with understanding.
