Here are a couple choices for Quercetin . Natura is an excellent company. The capsules can be swallowed or better yet put on tongue for best absorption. The other product, the Designs for Health powder, is very interesting b/c it combines C with quercetin and is already a powder, ideal for putting on tongue. Aim for 500 mg/day quercetin preventive, double or triple if symptoms. There are a couple different sizes of cod liver oil to give you A and D. Adults use one tsp daily preventively, and double if symptoms occur Zinc can upset the stomach, but the Natura product is well-tolerated.
