Anxiety Protocol

2 more items in Anxiety ProtocolAnxiety is both a thought process and a nervous-system response. When your brain senses threat, your sympathetic nervous system activates before you necessarily have time to think about what is happening. Your heart rate may increase, breathing becomes faster or shallower, muscles tighten, and your mind begins scanning for problems. Our goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety. Anxiety is a normal protective system. The goal is to teach your brain and body that you are safe when there is not an actual threat, so that anxiety stops controlling your decisions. Use These as Tools, Not as the Only Strategy Think of supplements and as-needed supports as tools you can reach for when your body is genuinely dysregulated , rather than something you automatically need every time you notice an anxious thought. First, check in with your body: Am I physically activated? Is my heart racing, chest tight, breathing shallow, body tense, restless, shaky, or unable to settle? If so, this is a good time to use one of your supportive tools while also practicing nervous-system regulation. The goal is not to immediately eliminate every uncomfortable emotion. If your body is regulated but your mind is worrying, practice sitting with the uncertainty, reframing the thought, grounding, or redirecting your attention rather than automatically reaching for something to make the feeling disappear. Use the tool when your nervous system needs support. Practice the skill when anxiety is asking for reassurance. Over time, this teaches your brain: I can recognize when my body needs help, I can regulate myself, and I don't have to react to every anxious thought.
Sleep Support Protocol

2 more items in Sleep Support ProtocolThis protocol is designed to support healthy sleep quality, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Supplements work best when combined with consistent sleep habits and should be individualized based on your health history, medications, and response. Foundational Sleep Habits: For best results, pair supplements with a consistent evening routine: Keep your bedtime and wake time as consistent as possible, including weekends. Get 10–20 minutes of outdoor morning light shortly after waking to support your circadian rhythm. Dim lights and reduce stimulating screen use for 30–60 minutes before bed . Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet. Avoid caffeine after approximately 12–2 PM , particularly if you are sensitive to its effects. Avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. If hungry, choose a small protein-containing snack. Avoid using alcohol as a sleep aid. Although it may make you sleepy initially, it can disrupt restorative sleep later in the night. Create a short “wind-down” routine such as stretching, reading, journaling, meditation, or slow breathing. If your mind tends to become busy at bedtime, spend 5–10 minutes earlier in the evening writing down unfinished tasks, worries, or priorities for tomorrow. Important You do not necessarily need every supplement listed. Start with the supplements specifically recommended for you and avoid introducing several new products at the same time when possible. This makes it easier to determine what is helping and identify any side effects. Supplements are intended to complement—not replace—evaluation and treatment of persistent insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, or other underlying sleep disorders.
