As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience and advanced training in functional medicine, my passion is helping women finally understand why they don't feel like themselves. I believe there's almost always a deeper story worth exploring. My own journey through chronic illness led me to functional medicine and completely changed the way I practice. Instead of masking symptoms, I focus on identifying the underlying imbalances driving them.
