Supporting your digestive system during antibiotic therapy not only helps you avoid unpleasant side effects but also preserves your energy support and overall well-being. By proactively using evidence-based supplements—especially probiotics—you can maintain gut health, reduce the risk of AAD, and help antibiotics do their job effectively.
