    Decrease PMS symptoms / pain and improve PCOS by adding these supplements! Hello ladies! These are general recommendations for PCOS / PMS symptom management. Any time you start a new supplement, wait 2-3 days before starting the next one. It is recommended that all these supplements will help you to regulate hormones, decrease PCOS discomfort and promote healing while on your journey. Recommendation to Start: 1. Digestive enzymes- 1 capsule at the start of your first bite with meals. Continue at this dosage Wait 3 days 2. Magnesium glycinate- start with 1 capsule and increase to 1 capsule 2x/day after 2 days. If needed, magnesium can be taken at night for sleep as well. Some patients need higher dosages- up to 800-1000 mg. Taken in seperate dosages throughout the day if increasing. Wait 3 days 3. Inositol Powder - start with 1/4 scoop 1x / day. Continue as this dosage for a minimum of 3 months. Increase dosage under supervision by your provider / physician. Discontinue if abnormal bleeding is present. Wait 3 days 4. ProOmega 2000 - start with 2 capsules per day. You may increase to 2 capsules, 2 x / day (AM & PM ) during your cycle if experiencing cramps / heavy bleeding. If on blood thinner (e.g. aspirin), please consult with your provider. Wait 3 days 5. Theracurcumin - HP - start with 2 capsules 1x / day. Continue at this dosage.
