    Per the recent email I sent to you from WHOLEhealth MHK, here is a list of options for the supplements suggested there. I am listing multiple options for each supplement to suit financial and dosage needs. Mitocore provides Vit A, Vit C, Vit D in a 4 capsule per day dosing. It is a good multi. It also contains Resveratrol, NAC and EGCG. By building on this, it may reduce pill burden and help reduce costs of individual supplements. BCQ has Curcumin and Quercetin in it mixed with boswellia and bromelain. Do not use this if allergic to ragweed. The alternative is Aller-C. Dr. Regan
