    Choose which Aminos you would like and remove the rest from your program (I have several listed to choose from). Take 5 a couple times a day to start. In 6 months you may be able to cut down to 5 a day. You do not need to take food with them; they work better an empty stomach. They will not interfere with fasting. You will receive a 15% discount and if you would like to have an automatic ship, you will get an additional 5% off every month. JUST REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE ONES YOU DON'T WANT.
