If not tolerated, stay at 1 cap 3x/day for the 6 weeks. Include this supplement for 6 weeks total. If your breath test shows methane levels above 20 ppm, you may gradually increase to 2 capsules 3x/day as tolerated. Higher doses can be more effective against methane-dominant overgrowth, but they also increase the risk of die-off symptoms. Work with your practitioner to assess the right dose for you. *Note - you will likely experience die-off symptoms when you begin an antimicrobial, and may also have them during dose increases. These include headache, nausea, diarrhea, bloating, etc. and should subside as you adjust to the dosage. If you have more extreme symptoms that last longer than a few days, discontinue product and speak to your healthcare provider. "
