"Week 1: 1 capsule every other day on EMPTY STOMACH (no prescriptions or supplements) with FULL glass of water - cycle dose 4 days on, 3 days off Week 2: 1 cap daily on EMPTY STOMACH (no prescriptions or supplements) with FULL glass of water - cycle dose 4 days on, 3 days off Week 3: 2 caps per day on empty stomach if well-tolerated. Take for total of 3-4 weeks, continuing 4 days on 3 days off cycle. "
