Seasonal allergies are no joke! Symptoms can be severe. First, check out the attached checklist to be sure your "allergies" aren't cold or flu. But then, This year try any or all of the supplements listed here to see if you can reduce your symptoms naturally. Also, most importantly, avoid dairy foods like the plague, hydrate better than every (including elimination of diuretics such as coffee, alcohol, chocolate, and consider adding a cup or two of nettles/peppermint tea to your daily routine. (Mix equal parts dried nettle leaf and peppermint leaf to a container and then use a tea ball to brew your cup; or brew a larger batch and refrigerate for easier use).
