    Hi! Below you'll find my general immune support protocol. Please also consider the importance of sleep, exercise, stress management, time outdoors, and toxin mitigation. Additionally, I nebulize food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide in a 1:4 ratio with .9% saline, 1-3 minutes per day after working with the public, 10 minutes if I'm around someone who's sick.
