These are some of my favorite products for seasonal allergy support. The X-lear Sinus Rinse is an upgraded Netipot! The xylitol is a biofilm buster that can help alleviate congestion. During times of high pollen count, many people find it helpful to rinse out their nasal passages after spending time outside, and again before bedtime. This will wash out pollen so you don't spend the entire night continuing to breathe it in. With the sinus rinse bottle (or Netipot, or any other type of nasal irrigation) ... ALWAYS use boiled + cooled water or distilled water. Never use plain tap water!
