Jigsaw Alaskan Cod Liver Oil: Fresh, Stable, Clean

Most fish oils are a problem Omega-3s are fragile fats that oxidize when exposed to heat, light, or oxygen. This oxidized oil isn't just less effective—it's inflammatory and harms cell membranes. Many mass-market fish oils sit on shelves for months, becoming rancid before you even take them. Jigsaw Alaskan Cod Liver Oil is different Wild-caught Alaskan cod is flash-frozen within hours of catch, then processed in oxygen-controlled rooms to prevent oxidation and protect delicate Omega-3s. This minimally handled oil is naturally rich in ~900mg Omega-3s per serving, plus high levels of vitamins A & D and pro-resolving mediators that support healthy inflammation balance. These powerful compounds work together to reduce inflammation, support brain health, strengthen immune function, and promote cardiovascular wellness—all while providing the essential fats your body needs for optimal cellular function. This is true cod liver oil—fresh, stable, clean, and not just another fish oil. Experience the difference with Jigsaw Alaskan Cod Liver Oil. Dosing Take 1 teaspoon daily for comprehensive anti-inflammatory protection, brain health support, and essential fatty acid nutrition. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. View protocolWhy has your doctor never talked about oysters?

Every hormone you make, every toxin you clear, every signal your cells send to each other has to pass through one thing first: the cell membrane. It's the gatekeeper for your entire body, and almost nobody in conventional medicine ever brings it up. Think about it. Insulin resistance, sluggish detox, brain fog, inflammation that won't quit. All of it traces back to how well your cell membranes are working. A stiff, damaged membrane can't respond to hormone signals properly. It can't let nutrients in or push toxins out the way it should. You can fix the downstream stuff all day long, but if the membrane itself is compromised, you're fighting an uphill battle. Omega-3s are the piece most people have heard of. They're literally structural, they get built right into the membrane itself, and they're what keeps it flexible enough to function instead of rigid and reactive. That's a big part of why I have clients focus on getting real omega-3s in, not the rancid stuff sitting in a grocery store bottle. But there's another mineral working right alongside that fat, and it almost never gets mentioned: zinc. Zinc is essential for the enzymes that build and repair membranes, and it's a mineral most people are quietly low in without knowing it. That's why I like Oysterzinc from Smidge, formerly Organic3. It's 100% oyster powder, no shells, no fillers, no additives. Each bottle is made from the meat of over 60 oysters harvested from the Atlantic waters off Ireland, then slow, gently dried at low temperature so the nutrients stay intact. Oysters are the single highest food source of zinc there is, and this is about as close to whole food as a supplement gets.
View protocolThe Glyphosate Reset

Every study on glyphosate is measured in urine. That's not a coincidence. Your kidneys are the exit route for it, and they're filtering it out of you every single day, whether you're thinking about it or not. Most people never support that. They'll do a liver cleanse and completely skip the organ actually doing the work on this one. Kidney Care from Quicksilver is what I use here. Astragalosides IV and ferulic acid protect the filtering tissue from oxidative stress, and the botanical blend supports healthy filtration and blood flow so the kidneys can keep clearing instead of getting worn down. Liposomal delivery, so it absorbs fast. If you eat conventional food, you're running this load through your kidneys constantly. Give them something back. View protocolYour body can't detox without it

If you're dealing with mold, metals, or a toxic load your body can't clear, glutathione is the piece you can't skip. It's your master antioxidant. Every cell makes it, and it does two jobs at once. It neutralizes the oxidative damage that toxins leave behind, and it physically binds to mycotoxins, mercury, lead, and pesticides in phase 2 detox so your liver can actually escort them out. Without enough of it, toxins get stirred up and then just recirculate. That's the crash people feel when they start a detox and feel worse instead of better. The problem is toxic exposure burns through glutathione faster than you can make it. Mold in the house, heavy metals, chronic infection, alcohol, poor sleep, even hard training. Your levels drop right when you need them most, and that's when the fatigue, brain fog, chemical sensitivity, and reactivity really set in. Most glutathione on the shelf is a waste of money. Standard oral capsules get broken down in the gut before they ever reach the bloodstream. That's why I use the Quicksilver Scientific liposomal version. The liposome wraps the glutathione in a phospholipid shell so it absorbs through the tissue in your mouth and goes straight into circulation, intact. Dr. Shade built this delivery system specifically because the raw material was never the issue, getting it in was. It also pairs perfectly with binders and liver support. Glutathione does the conjugating, the binder does the catching. That's how you move toxins out instead of in circles. Scott These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. View protocolOne bottle, four systems

Thyroid. Gut. Blood sugar. Mast cells. Black seed oil touches all four, which is rare for one supplement. It's been used medicinally for thousands of years, and the research on thymoquinone, its active compound, is finally catching up to why. For thyroid, it's shown real benefit with Hashimoto's, helping antibodies come down and T3 and T4 balance out. For the gut, it calms inflammation in the lining, helps rebalance the microbiome, and eases bloating. For insulin sensitivity, it helps your cells respond to insulin instead of fighting it, so blood sugar runs steadier and the crash and craving cycle backs off. And for anyone dealing with MCAS or histamine reactivity, thymoquinone stabilizes mast cells directly, calming the reaction at the source instead of chasing symptoms after they start. Different symptoms, same root system underneath. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
View protocolHista-Aid: Calm the Histamine Response at the Source

Seasonal misery, food reactions, itchy eyes, congestion. Most people reach for something that shuts symptoms off after they've already started. Hista-Aid works further upstream. Hista-Aid from Quicksilver Scientific stabilizes the mast cells that dump histamine in the first place. It combines quercetin and luteolin, two flavonoids that calm mast cells and slow the release of histamine and other inflammatory signals, with vitamin C that supports DAO, the enzyme your gut uses to break down histamine from food. DIM is in there too, rounding out the immune and detox support. So instead of chasing symptoms, you are quieting the reaction before it builds. The nanoemulsified delivery is what sets it apart. Quercetin and luteolin are notoriously hard to absorb in capsule form. The liposomal delivery from Quicksilver means it actually gets in and gets used, and it works fast when you feel a reaction coming on. Great for seasonal support, histamine intolerance, and anyone whose system runs hot and reactive. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. View protocolNanoemulsified DIM: The Hidden Immune Benefits Nobody Talks About

Most people know DIM for hormone balance. What gets overlooked is what it does for your immune system. DIM (diindolylmethane) is the compound your body makes when you digest cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and Brussels sprouts. You would have to eat pounds of them daily to get a meaningful amount. The immune benefits nobody talks about Research out of UC Berkeley found that DIM can stimulate the immune system to help clear viruses and bacteria. It ramps up natural killer (NK) cell activity, your front line of defense, and boosts interferon-gamma, a key signal the body uses to coordinate its response. It also increases the enzymes that clear out toxins. So while it balances hormones in the background, it is sharpening your immune system and supporting detox at the same time. The nanoemulsified delivery from Quicksilver Scientific is the difference maker. DIM is hard to absorb in capsule form, so the liposomal delivery means it actually gets in and gets used. View protocolPushCatch Liver Detox: A Real Detox, Not Just a Cleanse

Most detox products only do half the job. They stir up toxins without giving the body a way to get them out, so everything just recirculates and you feel worse. PushCatch from Quicksilver Scientific uses a two step process from Dr. Shade. The Liver Sauce "pushes" toxins out of the cells with herbs like milk thistle, dandelion, quercetin, and R-lipoic acid. Then the Ultra Binder "catches" them in the gut with charcoal, bentonite clay, and zeolite so they leave the body instead of getting reabsorbed. This is one of the more complete tools for clearing what modern life loads us with: heavy metals like mercury and lead, mold toxins, glyphosate and other pesticides, and hormone mimics. The liposomal delivery means the Liver Sauce absorbs fast and gets where it needs to go. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. View protocolMold and Mycotoxin Support Protocol

A few things I've used personally and with clients when working through mold and mycotoxin burden: Quicksilver Scientific Liposomal Ergothioneine: a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from the oxidative stress mycotoxins create. Liposomal delivery means it actually gets absorbed. Push Catch Liver Detox — supports the liver's ability to bind and clear toxins. The "push catch" approach is something I use regularly with clients in detox protocols. NanoMulsify DIM: helps support estrogen metabolism and detox pathways, especially relevant given what Zearalenone does to estrogen balance. Cardio Elite: cardiovascular support for the vascular damage mold can cause. Good one to have in the stack. None of this is medical advice. These are products I personally use and recommend as a health coach. Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplement protocol.
