The protocol unfolds in three intentional phases: 🌿 Phase 1 — Weed The first step is clearing the gut environment of overgrowth and harmful microorganisms — including pathogenic bacteria, yeast, and parasites — that compete with beneficial flora and drive systemic inflammation.
