Not to be taken beyond late afternoon as may interfere with sleep. Maintenance dose: After 4-8 months of use, if the body has been rebalanced, reduce the dose used to half the original dose. Dosing break: In order to help the body reset, take 1 week break after first 4 months of use, then take 1 week break every 2-3 months or as directed by your healthcare professional.
