7 more items in Shelley's Favorite Protein PowdersThese are my go-to protein powders —ones I personally use and recommend to clients. Check them out and see which sounds delicious to you! I blend them into smoothies, add them to Greek Yogurt bowls, or shake them up on the go before workouts. The creamers are a great way to add a protein boost to your morning coffee. As a side note, if you're looking for a great tasting Vanilla Whey protein powder I absolutely love a brand that is NOT on FullScript (yet). It is from a company called Momentous , and here is the link to their website and a discount code is attached if you want to order from them directly. 3 more items in Drink Half Your Body Weight in OuncesThese are my favorite green's powders and electrolytes. Add a scoop or packet to your water bottle 1 to 2 times per day. Experiment with which ones you like. I like Greens First's berry flavor, whereas my daughter likes the mint flavor. Note: Green's First has recently changed their formula - the taste is a bit more green/earthy vs what it used to be. The Metagenics Greens powder is slightly less "green/earthy" tasting. Everyone's tastes are different - lmk what you think!

Hi everyone, Following up on today’s group discussion, here are the supplements we mentioned in case you'd like to explore them further: SunFiber and Psyllium Husk – Both are great options to help support blood sugar balance and cholesterol levels. They also make it easier to reach the recommended 25 grams of fiber per day. Creatine Monohydrate – This is the most researched and bioavailable form of creatine. A daily dose of 5 grams can support healthy muscle maintenance, especially important as we age. DGL (Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice Root Extract) – One of my go-tos for gut lining support. I find it especially helpful before meals or when experiencing reflux. It’s a gentle alternative to acid reducers for me. As always, feel free to reach out if you have questions or want to talk through what might be a good fit for your needs. Warmly, Shelley
