This supplement protocol was inspired by the work of Apex Energetics and Dr. Datis Kharrazian. It is designed to help reduce acute inflammation from sports injuries and help speed recovery. This is not a substitute for medical treatment or the advice of your medical provider(s). I recommend that you review all ingredients for anything to which you might have an allergy and avoid those products or look for an alternative. Note that Oxicell-SE is without essential oils but is otherwise the same as Oxicell - so please choose just one depending on your sensitivity level and desire for essential oils. Apex makes a liquid Turmeric option if liquid called Turmero-XL Active that can be taken similarly to the Curcuma NFKB if a liquid form is preferred over capsules. You can search the Catalog button at the top for this liquid option if you would like. Additional lifestyle and dietary considerations to help speed healing and recovery: 1. Reduce sugars, partially hydrogenated fats, processed foods in the diet. 2. Increase hydration, fatty fish (sardines, salmon, anchovies), high antioxidant foods (berries, colorful veggies, pomegranates, cacao, fresh herbs, cinnamon, artichokes, ginger, green tea). 3. Take cold showers, or end your showers with 30 seconds to 1 minute cold. Or, do an ice bath plunge 1-2 times daily. Wishing you swift healing! Allergy Support

Here is a list of supplements to help reduce allergic response to seasonal allergies. For best results, start supplementing 1 month prior to anticipated onset of allergies. Note the instructions on each supplement. The Quercetin+Nettle product is a combination for those who cannot use tincture, but is not needed if using Quercetin and Urtica Tincture separately (this strategy employs fewer pills per day). Post-Mercury Amalgam Removal

Please take these products AFTER you have had ALL mercury amalgams removed. If you are pre-removal, or in the process of removal, this is not appropriate. These products should be started once all known sources of mercury have been removed and you are ready to clear any residual amounts. If it is too difficult to predict when you will be eating a meal and to supplement starting an hour prior, please just aim to do this combination 2-3 times per day, 1 hour before of 2 hours after a meal. The goal would be to do it on an empty stomach. Bedtime can be a great time to do this depending on whatever other supplements you’re taking. These should be done away from all other supplements. Liposomal Glutathione Complex - 1 dose hold in mouth 30-60 seconds then swallow Amalgaclear - take 1 dose 30 minutes after Glutathione Complex, and 30 minutes before meal. Additional supplement to replete minerals is included here as well and can be taken anytime of day, away from the Amalgaclear.
