"MONOCOMBO is a scientifically designed nutritional supplement containing a range of physiologic adjuvants known for thrir synergystic properties. Monocombo supplies 300mg of Monolaurin per capsule, combined with Ivy Leaf Extract, Lysozyme, and Polylysine HCL. Monolaurin: an ester of the fatty acid lauric acid, is a viral membrane disrupter that inhibits the replication of certain lipid envelope viruses by interrupting the binding of the virum to host cells by dissolving the viral envelope. Lysozyme: an enzyme that lysis bacterial cell walls. Ivy Leaf Extract: an anti-inflammatory botanical with efficacy and safety studies for chronic inflammatory bronchial conditions. Ivy leaf extract contains complex polysaccharides that have both mucolytic and mucoprotective effects. Polylysine HCL: studies report an antimibrobial effect agains yeast fungus, Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria."
