    This is a supplement plan for prenatal care and pregnancy. The Oocyte SAP should be used during the prenatal period (ideally for a minimum of 3 months), but should be stopped once you are pregnant. Dosing instructions are as listed on the supplements except for Choline, which should be 1 capsule daily for prenatal and first trimester and 2 caps daily for 2nd and 3rd trimester. For the actual prenatal, either the Xymogen prenatal (5 caps) or the Thorne Basic (3 caps) are great choices. The Xymogen is a little more robust, but the Thorne is a great choice for anyone who has a hard time with taking 5 pills at once.
