Stellar Wellness

NP Maria "Stella" Curiel

Welcome! I'm Stella, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience and the founder of Stellar Wellness, a telehealth practice serving Nevada and Utah. I help men and women feel and perform their best through hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity medicine. My approach draws on functional medicine principles, looking for root causes instead of chasing symptoms, and it is fully integrated with evidence-based conventional medicine. That means thorough lab work, current clinical guidelines, and recommendations grounded in research. Your care plan is built around six pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience, hormones, and mindset. Supplements are one tool within that plan, never a substitute for it. The products I recommend here are third-party tested and chosen because they meet my standards for quality, purity, and evidence. I'm glad you're here.
