Cravings

L-glutamine is an amino acid that can be incredibly helpful for managing sugar cravings. Use 500 mg at each meal and then an additional dose when an unmanageable sugar craving strikes! In time you should notice fewer cravings. This is best implemented with a meal plan balanced with clean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs high in fiber. Follow the protocol for 1 bottle and then take a week long break at the end to see if cravings are diminished enough to go without the supplement. If you have gone through 3 bottles with breaks in-between I recommend stopping after that and considering reaching out to a qualified professional that can help you resolve the underlying craving issue in its entirety. (Warning: L-Glutamine is considered a safe supplement, but its a good idea to always check with your doctor before adding new medications/supplements into your regimen, and of course stop immediately if you experience any side effects.)
