Nutrition
Drink water through the day, and save sweets and sugary drinks for mealtimes instead of sipping or snacking on them all day. Crunchy vegetables, calcium-rich foods, and enough protein all support strong teeth and gums.Daily Habits
Morning: scrape, brush, rinse.
Night: floss, brush, rinse then your probiotic.
Floss once a day, and any floss you’ll use consistently is the right one. Don’t skip your dental cleanings, and tell your dentist about any bleeding gums.
