    Products listed below are to help heal Gastritis. Many options are provided (ex: pill form vs powder) and so not all are required to be purchase. Purchase based on preference. Please check with your health care provider before adding any supplements. Contraindications if you have high blood pressure. Gastro-ULC: Ingredients that soothe and help to heal the gastric lining specifically, especially helpful in ulcer states; also contains mastic gum + bismuth which antagonizes H. pylori infections. Dosing baseline : start with this on it’s own for 2 weeks before adding anything else. Take with meals not empty stomach. 1-2 tablets 3x a day. Can start slowly. RepairVite-SE: glutamine formula to support healing of tight junctions that also contains zinc carnosine- this is especially helpful against H. pylori specifically. Zinc is antagonistic towards H pylori. This is also good for just healing. RepairVite SE is is created for SIBO and sensitive patients where as RepairVite has more botanicals and can be used by other clients that don't have SIBO. RepairVite Heals the enterocites. 7 grams of glutamine a day. Has DPP which helps break down gluten and dairy so it's great for people who are sensitive to those. Dose: 2 scoops a day. One in the morning one at night. Can take with food but don’t have to. But zinc can make you nauseated so preferred with food. GI Revive: To take right after meals to help coat and sooth the stomach lining. Very similar to RepairVite but in pill form. Dose: Can take up to 7 pills a day, 2-3 per meal Perfect Aminos: Take up to 6 per day. Collagen: 1-2 scoops per day H-PLR: H-PLR- powerful blend of berberines, oregano, and oregon grape root to combat bacterial infections. Can use on its own. Dose: 2 caps 3x a day with meals.

    As always, check with your doctor or midwife before taking any supplements Organ Complex- only take 2nd and 3rd trimester Prenatal pro Essentials Packet- Include omegas for EPA and DHA. Take before, during and after pregnancy Whole Body Collagen- 1 scoop per day. Can be taken before, during and after pregnancy Magnesium Glycinate- Take 5mg per lbs of weight. Adrenal Cocktail- Take 6 at 10am and 6 at 2pm if your energy and electrolyte balance is really struggling. You can also just do one dose a day
