"Reason for taking: Stress Mineral Repletion Stress depletes magnesium faster than almost any other nutrient. Without it, your nervous system can't regulate itself, your muscles can't relax, and restful sleep becomes difficult. Start with 1 capsule nightly and increase by 1 capsule every week up to 4 capsules based on tolerance and need. 1 capsule = 150 mg Flexible titration from 150mg up to 600mg (max Magnesium dose per day is 600mg)"

Additional notes
"Reason for taking: Adaptogenic Stress Support Five clinically standardized adaptogenic herbs work together to regulate your body's cortisol response, rebuild stress resilience, and restore adrenal function. Take on an empty stomach."
Lifestyle recommendations
Stress Management
- Diaphragmatic (rib-expanding) breathing: 5 minutes before meals and during stressful moments. The single highest return stress intervention available. It shifts your nervous system out of fight-or-flight within minutes and supports digestion simultaneously.
- Consistent sleep and wake times. Your cortisol rhythm runs on your circadian clock. Irregular sleep schedules are one of the most underestimated drivers of HPA axis dysregulation.
- Morning sunlight: 10 minutes within an hour of waking. Sets your circadian rhythm, anchors your cortisol awakening response, and supports melatonin production at night. Free and profoundly effective.
- Move your body daily. A 20-30 minute walk reduces cortisol, increases GABA naturally, and supports lymphatic drainage. Intense exercise during active adrenal fatigue can worsen HPA dysregulation, so keep it gentle.
- Reduce caffeine (especially after noon). Caffeine directly stimulates cortisol release and disrupts the natural cortisol decline that should happen throughout the day. One coffee before 10am is the guideline.
- Protect your evenings. Screens, news, and stimulating content after 8pm keep cortisol elevated when it should be dropping. Wind down intentionally by dimming lights, engaging in quiet activities, and keeping screens off 30-60 minutes before bed.
