    Spike proteins can live intracellularly for about 15 months. This Protocol is based off of Dr. Keesha and FLCC.net findings, research, and/or clinical experience. With all recommendations, please discuss with your medical team to decide what is best for you as we are not your medical provider. Consider Ivermectin 2 caps weekly for 3 months and/or Fluvoxamine daily for 2 weeks (both are Prescription Only) Make sure you're on a really great multivitamin that supports your mitochondria and immune system. I like Mitochondrial Nutrition PQQ or Mitocore. Both are listed below. You only need one of them. 21 Day Liver Cleanse (can ask us how if you need help in this area) Infrared Sauna 30 minutes a day for 4 days a week (if you have access) OR find another way to sweat to stimulate detoxification. Stay Hydrated. Sleep at least 8 hours a night. Some supplements listed are specific to symptoms and underlying co-morbidities, as stated in the description. Labs/Diagnostics to consider: D-Dimer, PTT w/INR, vitamin D level, inflammation panel, thyroid panel, iron panel, CBC, chem panel, fasting lipids, HbgA1c, DUTCH test, and Neural Zoomer.
