    These are things I would recommend for concussion. I also put 2 fish oil options. You know your kids best and what they might tolerate best. The designs for health one comes in different flavors and they do great job of covering up the fish taste. Nordic Naturals generally does as well but I haven't tried this particular product. The magnesium threonate I think you have. Jarrow also sells this type of magnesium (Magtein) so that may be easier to pick up somewhere. I carry a powder form of this in the office. It comes in unflavored and a gatorade-type lemon-lime, which tastes good. It's from Xymogen, which this platform doesn't carry. They do have a patient portal so if you want that, let me know. Above dosages are for a 10 year old child.
