Step 1 – Prep Phase: Drainage & Organ Support

Length: 10–14 days before starting parasite cleanse
Goal: Open liver, lymph, kidney, and colon pathways to reduce die-off reactions when you begin the active cleanse.

Product & Dosing Instructions

- Dose: 1 capsule, twice daily with meals
- Purpose: Supports liver and gallbladder detox pathways.
Herb Pharm Red Root Tincture
- Dose: 30–40 drops in a small amount of water, twice daily
- Purpose: Stimulates lymphatic circulation and drainage.
- Tip: Can be taken before meals for best absorption.
Planetary Herbs Full Spectrum Stinging Nettle
- Dose: 1 tablet, twice daily with meals
- Purpose: Supports kidney filtration and fluid balance.
Amy Myers MD Activated Charcoal
- Dose: 1 capsule, every other day away from food, supplements, or medications by at least 2 hours
- Purpose: Binds toxins released during early drainage work.
Thorne Magnesium Glycinate
- Dose: 1–2 capsules in the evening before bed
- Purpose: Promotes healthy bowel motility for toxin elimination.

Additional Notes

Hydration: Aim for half your body weight (lbs) in ounces of water daily, ideally with trace minerals or lemon for electrolyte balance.
Movement: Gentle rebounding, stretching, or walking supports lymph flow.
Bowel Regularity: If you are not having 1–2 easy bowel movements per day, increase magnesium dose gradually.

Transition to Step 2

After completing 10–14 days of Step 1, you will move into the Active Cleanse Phase, beginning 3 days before the full moon.
(Example: For the October 6, 2025 full moon, you would start Step 2 on October 3, 2025.)
