Important: You must complete Step 1 (Prep Phase) before starting Step 2. Step 1 prepares your liver, lymph, kidneys, and bowels for parasite cleansing, which helps reduce die-off symptoms and improves results.

Aggressive: 14 days on → 7–10 days off → 14 days on

- Dose: 2 capsules, twice daily with meals, during “on” days.
- Purpose: Broad-spectrum anti-parasitic and antimicrobial formula with artemisia, clove, olive leaf, garlic, grapefruit seed extract, and quassia bark.
Nature’s Way Black Walnut Hulls
- Dose: 1 capsule, twice daily with meals (take at the same time as Para-X).
- Purpose: Traditional anti-parasitic herb that helps target adult intestinal worms.
G.I. Detox+ (Biocidin Botanicals)
- Dose: 1 capsule daily, taken at least 2 hours away from food, supplements, or medications.
- Purpose: Binds toxins, parasite waste, and other by-products for safe removal.
Pure Encapsulations Liposomal Vitamin C Capsules
- Dose: 1 capsule daily with food.
- Purpose: Supports immune function and reduces inflammation from die-off reactions.

During “Off” Days

Stop Para-X and Black Walnut.
Continue G.I. Detox+, Vitamin C, hydration, and bowel support (magnesium glycinate from Step 1 if needed).

Tips for Best Results

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily (example: 150 lbs → 75 oz water).
If symptoms are strong (fatigue, headache, mild nausea), reduce Para-X and Black Walnut to half the dose and increase binder use temporarily.
Gentle movement (walking, stretching, light rebounding) helps move lymph and supports detox.

Next Step: After your final “on” cycle, begin Step 3 – Gut Repair Phase immediately for 2–4 weeks to restore gut flora and strengthen the intestinal lining.
