Hi BPs!!! Read the notes on these. We have one for children that is a chewable. we have one for adults getting HYDROXOcobalamin. Please start with 1mg daily and increase after 4-6 weeks to 2.5mg and then every 4-6 weeks add 2.5mg to the dose. So 5mg daily for 4-6 weeks then 7.5mg for 4-6 weeks then 10mg…and so on… max dose is 15mg daily. client to increase only with noticeable benefit. Once they plateau they stop increasing and that is their daily dose. They may feel a bit of a detox especially with your combined IM shots. They should notice benefit in a week.
