Whole Essentials Nutrition

Emilie Davis

I’m Emilie Davis, MScN, a holistic and functional nutritionist specializing in gut health, digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, and the many ways the gut can influence whole-body health. I work with clients of all ages—from children and teens to adults and older adults—and tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs and stage of life. My approach combines functional testing, personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, and practical lifestyle support to help people better understand what may be contributing to their symptoms. Rather than relying on restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all protocols, I believe in using objective information alongside your health history and symptoms to create a more targeted path forward. I’m especially passionate about helping people who have been dealing with ongoing digestive symptoms, food reactions, inflammation, fatigue, skin concerns, or other health issues and are tired of guessing. Testing can be a valuable starting point—but the goal isn’t simply to collect more data. It’s to use that information to make informed, sustainable changes that support long-term health.
