    This sleep protocol can be used in parts or in its entirety. Use the lowest dosage of melatonin that is effective. This protocol includes a 1 mg lozenge-together with magnesium may be enough to help you fall and stay asleep. Higher doses of melatonin are available. Add theanine and GABA and you may notice more improvements. Or, try theanine and GABA and magnesium without melatonin. There are many supplements that are beneficial for sleep. Beyond this protocol, I recommend checking out the sleep supplements under Cindy's "favorites". You may also add certain ones when you have more difficult sleeping.
