Children's immune support for winter months

These are great supports for children through cold and flu season. Not all are needed, choose 1 or 2 Kids Immune Fortifier: Kids version of Daily Immune Builder. Shake Well Before Using. Add drops to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. -25-49 pounds: 5 drops -50-74 pounds: 10 drops -75-99 pounds: 15 drops -100+ pounds: 20 drops -Consult a physician for use with children younger than 2 years old. Best taken between meals. Children's Immune Wafers : these are not dairy free. They are a great immune booster. Kids 4 and older, chew 2 wafers daily. Under 2, use best judgement. Kid's Propolis Immune Support Spray: Everyday immune support. Supports their immune system with antioxidants, vitamin C, zinc, iron, B vitamins, and over 300 other beneficial compounds. For children 2-12 years old, we recommend 4 sprays, 2 times per day for immune support. Prior to the first dose, administer 1 spray and monitor closely for signs of an allergic reaction. ProOmega 2000 Jr. is an omega-3 oil, providing intensive support for heart, brain, and immune health. 1-2 soft gels daily that are easy to swallow or chew.

Adult immune support for winter months

These supplements are for those long winter months where illness may creep up. Keeping your immune system healthy for these months will support your body when surrounded by germs. *NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Echinacea Premium has been shown to support the immune system by supporting the balance between the nervous, immune and endocrine systems. It is so much more than an immune support, it has been shown to support the body against stress, even when only taking 1-2 a day for long term. This is great because its one that is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding (as always, talk to your doctor about safety if you have any concerns) -long term use: 1-2 tablets daily -acute or short term use when sick: 2 tablets, 2-3 times per day Stellar C: great source of vitamin c from ascorbic acid- the bioavailable form of vitamin c -take 1 capsule daily during cold and flu season Immune Support Packets are a great daily pack to get through cold and flu season. These can be taken on their own, without other options listed here, as they contain many of the other ingredients. Astragalus Complex is great for those who are very immune depleted. Make sure you discontinue as soon as you get an acute illness or fever, and switch to Andrographis Complex.

They can be taken for acute illness, for a week at a time, but not long term. *NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Andrographis Complex is a combination of highly effective andrographis species used for their medicinal properties.
