    I've been using chlorophyll with my clients for over 30 years and it remains one of my favorite supplements! It builds healthy blood cells, alkalizes your body and purifies your blood, too, which is why it clears up acne. I've listed different options for liquid or pill. It really doesn't matter which you use, so do what is convenient and what you will stick with.     I've included Adult and Child options for the Vitamin C. Oscillococcinum is to be used at the VERY first inkling of symptoms, or if another family member is ill and you want to protect yourself. The Vitamin C is to be taken throughout the cold/flu season. D Hist (ordered separately) and Sambucus are added at the first sign of scratchy throat or congestion. Mix 30 drops of lavender oil with water in a 3 ounce travel spray bottle. Shake and spray on hands as a sanitizer several times a day. Use on grocery cart handles or other public areas. Unload your child's backpack and spray down the items if an outbreak is going on at the school.
