These are helpful supplements for bone health in addition to the foundational supplements which have adequate Vitamin D3. I like the K2 in the Osteo-Nutrients which helps prevent calcification of the blood vessels. With optimal hormone balance, assimilation of nutrients with healthy diet, and daily exercise to encourage bone growth, virtually all women in my practice continue to grow and/or maintain bone density.

My favorite product during allergy season is Aller C. It has both vitamin C and Quercetin which stabilize mast cells to prevent histamine release without drowsiness. You can use as much as necessary to manage symptoms. I find 2 twice a day works well for me. This is also a very useful supplement as an antioxidant and helps fight infections especially when used with zinc, adequate vitamins A and D and of course a low sugar, healthy plant based diet.
