Please note: You will be starting with low dose Iodoral (Iodine - 6.25mg), so you will only purchase one dosage at a time. Once you build up tolerance, you will move to the 12mg, then to 25mg, then to 50mg, etc. over time. Do NOT start at a higher dose - If your body is not ready, you will not feel good. So, you will only be buying one bottle of Iodoral each time at whatever dose you are currently on. And never take iodine without the cofactors (selenium, riboflavin, niacinamide, magnesium, vitamin C). For your first week, do not take Iodoral - only take the cofactors. Then add Iodoral in with the cofactors. For the first week (and with any Iodoral dosage increase), do a salt flush daily with unrefined salt. 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt in 8 oz water, drank quickly, and followed with 8 oz of plain water, drank quickly. This will help move out the toxins that the iodine displaces. Salt flush can be done first thing in the morning, and then take supplements at least 30 minutes later. These products are my recommendations for the FTF Protocol, aside from the 3 foundational FTF supplements (FTF I, FTF II, and SerraLife Serrapeptase +Plus).
