Daily dose is 3 capsules per day – that’s right, the days of “one a day” for a really effective multi are long gone… ~ OmegaGenics EPA-DHA1000 – a high quality Omega 3 supplement that provides you with the therapeutic dose of 2000 mg per day in just 2 softgels ~ Vitamin D3 2000 IU – this “one a day” dose of Vitamin D3 is safe for all adults.
