Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, use 30 minutes before bedtime, 5 sprays under the tongue, hold 20 seconds, then swallow, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Shake well before use.

Vitamin B6 ... 1.5mg
(as Pyridoxine HCl)
Melatonin ... 1.5mg    

Other Ingredients: Deionized Water, Glycerin, Soy Lecithin, Natural Orange Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Citrate, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Stevia.
Contains soy.
