Aging, Longevity, & Overall Health
TruAge
TruAge is an epigenetic test that assesses biological age, organ system aging, and pace of aging from a single blood sample. It combines three independently published epigenetic age clocks — OMICmAge™ (Harvard), SymphonyAge™ (Yale), and DunedinPACE™ (Duke) — to produce 14 unique age outputs across 11 mapped organ systems. Results are designed to support baseline assessment, care planning, and longitudinal monitoring alongside conventional labs.
Oxidative stress is adversely involved in many pathophysiological processes, aging and cancer. Oxidation of DNA occurs readily at the guanosine bases, so measurement of 8-hydroxy-2'- Deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in urine provides a quantitative assessment of ongoing oxidative damage or stress in the body. When 8-OHdG levels are elevated, it's important to identify the sources of oxidative stress and assess the primary intracellular antioxidant glutathione. Taking steps to reduce oxidative stress is valuable in optimizing health and longevity. This non-invasive test requires a single first morning void (FMV) urine collection.
The OMX™ Organic Metabolomics test from Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory evaluates urine and plasma metabolites—including organic acids, amino acids, and other key compounds—to assist practitioners in unraveling their patient’s metabolic pathways, revealing their unique Metabolic Signature.
The 3X4 Blueprint test looks at 170 genes, revealing the decisions that have the biggest impact on health and weight goals. The 3X4 Genetics testing and analysis process uses 25 years of research to generate a custom Blueprint Report on each person’s unique genetic map.
TruHealth is a comprehensive epigenetic health panel measuring 105+ methylation-based biomarkers across 19 biological systems from a single blood sample. It provides systems-level insight into nutrition, glycemic and metabolic function, mitochondrial and oxidative status, lipids and vascular health, immune and inflammatory signaling, toxin exposure burden, and neurocognitive and stress systems. Results are designed to complement conventional labs by revealing sustained biological patterns rather than near-term snapshots.
The Combination Kit brings together TruAge and TruHealth from a single blood collection, pairing insights into biological aging with epigenetic indicators of health. TruAge assesses biological age, pace of aging, and aging across 11 organ systems through OMICmAge, DunedinPACE, and SYMPHONYAge. TruHealth adds context through markers related to metabolic health, inflammation, immune function, nutrition, hormones, and environmental exposures. Together, they provide a comprehensive foundation for establishing a baseline and tracking changes over time.
