Your baseline — the panel every patient should start with. 16 tests: blood counts with differential, metabolic and liver function, lipids, fasting insulin and HbA1c, inflammation (hs-CRP), full iron studies with ferritin, vitamin D, RBC magnesium, complete thyroid (TSH, Free T4, Free T3), homocysteine, uric acid and GGT. Built so every functional ratio can be calculated: insulin resistance, iron pattern, thyroid conversion, immune balance. The non-refundable admin fee covers panel design and order coordination; a written functional interpretation against optimal targets is provided to Texas residents only.
