Better Sleep Naturally

2 more items in Better Sleep NaturallyThis is my go to sleep stack that will not only help you fall asleep and stay asleep, but it will also restore and replenish your adrenals, your HP Axis, your muscles, and help you recover better. I recommend starting with the Magnesium Glycinate about 1 hour before bed. Getting enough Magnesium is key to the neurotransmitter Gaba as well as muscle and nerve relaxation. Sometimes not being able to fall asleep is due to a magnesium deficiency. The next product I'd add in is the Sleep Gummies. Start with just 1 gummy and see how you do since this is a potent blend of herbs, nutrients and botanicals to help calm down your central nervous system and reduce stress so that you can fall asleep and stay asleep better. The 3rd product you can add in (if needed) is the Best Rest Formula that contains things like L-Theanine (an amino acid to help regulate brain activity), Gaba (your calming neurotransmitter), Valerian Root (an herb that has been studied to be just as effective as prescription sleeping pills), and a micro dose of melatonin which studies show is now an important antioxidant for brain health. Valerian Root is a natural herb that is extremely potent so in helping you stay asleep. Typically, I recommend this if you have no problem falling asleep, but are having issues with staying asleep. Start from the top recommendation and work your way down as needed. All of these products are premium quality and made in a GMP Facility that is 3rd party tested.

22 more items in All my Favorite Products & BrandsNaturally Boost Testosterone

3 more items in Naturally Boost TestosteroneThe first step in boosting your testosterone starts with lifestyle changes of making sure you are getting the right macronutrients in every day of protein, carbs, and fat. The next step is making sure you are getting in regular strength training to help maintain a healthy weight, regulate blood sugar and as a natural way to boost testosterone through stimulating your muscles. We then take a look at your sleep to ensure you are getting at least 6-8 hours. There are numerous other things we can look at based on lab work, food sensitivity panels, and more, but after we address specific lifestyle factors we can incorporate some of these nutrients and supplements to help with naturally boosting your testosterone levels. These are my favorite brands and products to help naturally increase testosterone by replenishing the key nutrients to support testosterone production as well as supporting healthy adrenals and regulating cortisol. Magnesium & Zinc are the most common nutrient deficiencies I see on lab work in working with men who are struggling with hormone imbalances or low testosterone. These 2 minerals are essential in the production of not just testosterone, but all of your steroid hormones and over 300 essential functions in the body. I recommend the Magnesium Citrate during the day with the Zinc and the Magnesium Glycinate at night to replenish your body's mineral stores so it can help with supporting healthy testosterone production. Fenugreek is an herb that is been studied for years in helping naturally boost testosterone. A study published in Phytotherapy Research (2011) found that 500 mg/day of a standardized fenugreek extract (Testofen®) for 6 weeks significantly improved libido and helped maintain testosterone levels in resistance-trained males. Fenugreek may boost testosterone by inhibiting enzymes that convert it into estrogen and DHT, helping preserve free testosterone levels. Its active compounds, especially furostanolic saponins like protodioscin, are thought to enhance libido, strength, and androgen activity. It also supports blood sugar regulation, which can positively impact hormone balance. Daytime HP Axis supports testosterone levels indirectly by promoting a healthy stress response through adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha, rhodiola, and holy basil. Chronic stress can elevate cortisol, which suppresses testosterone production by inhibiting the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. By helping to balance cortisol levels and nourish the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, this supplement may reduce stress-related testosterone suppression, potentially improving energy, mood, libido, and hormonal balance. Liposomal Vitamin C supports healthy testosterone levels by lowering cortisol, reducing oxidative stress, and protecting testosterone-producing cells. Its high absorption makes it especially effective for supporting adrenal health and overall hormone balance.

3 more items in Fix Your Periods & Balance Your HormonesThe first step in balancing your hormones and fixing your cycle starts with lifestyle changes of making sure you are getting the right macronutrients in every day of protein, carbs, and fat. The next step is making sure you are getting in regular exercise to help maintain a healthy weight, regulate blood sugar and reduce stress. We then take a look at your sleep to ensure you are getting at least 6-8 hours. There are numerous other things we can look at based on lab work, food sensitivity panels, and more, but after we address specific lifestyle factors we can incorporate some of these nutrients and supplements to help with balancing your hormones. These are my favorite go to products for helping with things like PMS, Heavy periods, Anxiety, Insomnia, Estrogen Dominance, Breast Tenderness and other common symptoms related to hormone imbalances. Calcium D-Glucarate is one of my favorite supplements for helping with Estrogen Dominance related symptoms like pms, anxiety, insomnia, breast tenderness, acne, and heavy periods. It works by binding to the excess estrogen (that should be excreted) in the gut and making sure it gets properly eliminated so that you do not end up with estrogen dominance due to poor detox in the gut. You can start by taking 1 a day and see how you feel and go up to 2/day split into two doses to see how your period and symptoms resolve. The next product I love for PMS and hormone related symptoms is the B6/B1/Zinc combo. B6 is such a huge lifesaver when it comes to hormone balance because it is essential for estrogen detoxification, progesterone production, regulating your neurotransmitters (hello pms mood swings!), it is a natural anti-inflammatory and a natural diuretic. The B1/Zinc also helps with inflammation and glucose control. You can start with 1 capsule to see how you feel and then add in a 2nd one in the evening if you need extra relief. Magnesium Citrate and Glycinate are both absolute essentials for healthy hormones as Magnesium is not only an anti-inflammatory, but it also helps with adrenal and hormone health. I recommend starting with a low dose of Magnesium Citrate in the morning and using the Magnesium Glycinate before bed as it does have a calming effect. Iron-C I recommend for women struggling with heavy periods. Ironically, low iron is one of the main causes for heavy periods so increasing your iron through food and then possibly supplementing with iron can help with heavy periods and fatigue. Liposomal Vitamin C I recommend because not only is it essential for immune support, but Vitamin C is also essential in the production of all your hormones to help maintain hormone balance, reduce inflammation, is a natural antioxidant, a natural antihistamine, and helps with neurotransmitter production.
